Terms and Conditions:
1. Installation of the food forest must be completed in 2010.
2. Matching funds will be distributed upon completion of the food forest installation. Receipts for eligible expenses will be submitted along with a copy of the food forest design and plant list to the MACLT Food Forest Project.
3. Only MACLT homeowners and condo associations are eligible for grants.
4. Food forests must be installed on Madison Area Community Land Trust property.
5. By applying for the grant the Homeowner confirms that they are current on applicable mortgage payments, MACLT land lease fees, condo association fees and property taxes.
6. Services provided by consultant Kate Heiber-Cobb are intended to result in food forests that meet the preferences of the grant recipients and add productive yields and beauty to MACLT properties over a number of years. Recipient failure to follow agreed upon food forest design and plant specifications could result in the lost of matching funds.
